Sample boxes can be picked up at most local county UT/TSU Extension offices​.

How to package samples

Place submission sheet, samples and padding inside shipping box.

If sending a check paper clip it to the submission sheet.

Samples placed in envelopes or shipping bags will get destroyed in shipping.

Shipping options

Results should be e-mailed within 7 business days, of us receiving the sample.
