Soil Submission Sheet – The sample ID is the name you give the samples so you know where they came from.

Sample boxes can be picked up at your local county UT Extension office.

Results will be e-mailed within 3 to 5 business days. If you do not hear from us after the 5th business day, please contact us.

Helpful tips:

The sample ID is what you wish to name the sample for your records.
The organic matter, soluble salt, or texture measurements will not affect the fertilizer recommendations.
For raised beds, compost, potting media, bark, or peat-based mixes, or soils with >50% organic matter please see greenhouse or potting media test.

Your soil test information is accessible by using the email address provided when samples were submitted. Please create an account on the SPPC website in order to access reports (if you have not already done so).
